1. When do the certificates expire?
Answer: The certificates do not have an expiration date on them unless you specify one.
2. How many certificates can a customer redeem?
Answer: As many as they want
3. Can I personalize the certificates to have my business name and/or website address on it?
Answer: Yes, we can add your information to the certificate
4. Can I sell these incentives directly to consumers through online auctions or other sales campaigns?
Answer: As a general rule, we ask that our products NOT be resold directly to consumers. They can be given away as a bonus item with the purchase of any other product or service.
5. How long will it take to receive my order?
Answer: It is our policy to keep most products in stock so that we can ship within 3 business days after you place the order, however large orders could take up to seven business days to ship.
6. How much is shipping?
Answer: The cost for shipping is included in the cost of the certificate(s) International shipping is no problem, and will be billed at the actual cost.
All orders will ship via USPS: individual certificates will be shipped via first class mail with tracking, larger and bulk orders will be shipped via priority mail or parcel post with tracking.
7. Can I get a sample certificate prior to placing a large order?
